From increased free education content to access to leading and emerging brands and manufacturers, we reveal why you shouldn’t miss this season’s edition of Pure London.
1.THERE’S FREE EDUCATION GALORE
Pure London is known for its free educational programme. However, this weekend’s show is set to deliver more content than ever before with a line-up of over 30 industry experts. Across the three days visitors can expect a series of seminars, keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, trend presentations and one-to-one’s covering hot industry topics including the circular economy, creating powerful online content and building an effective Instagram community.
2. AND MORE MENSWEAR THAN EVER
If you’ve been thinking about tapping into the growing menswear market, Pure London has expanded its ratio of gentleman-friendly brands in-line with increasing demand. Over 100 labels will showcase their latest collections at Pure Man while there’ll also be a dedicated entrance – making it a show in its own right for the first time ever.
3. COSMO EDITOR FARRAH STORR WILL BE ON STAGE
Having reinvented Cosmopolitan since taking the editorial reigns in 2015, Editor in Chief Farrah Storr will deliver a keynote speech on the magazine’s transformation. She’s bound to have great insight into what makes the millennial woman tick as well as some insider fashion and consumer knowledge. Watch her in action on the Main Stage for half an hour this Sunday at 14:45.
4. YOU CAN MEET MANUFACTURERS (AS WELL AS BRANDS)
This weekend’s edition will see the launch of Pure Origin, a new section of the show dedicated to manufacturing. For the first time ever, visitors will be able to see labels and manufacturers under the same roof at Pure London – making it even easier to secure that private label you’ve been thinking about launching. What’s more, there will also be fascinating seminars on the topic, ranging from how to build a sustainable fashion chain to fabrics of the future.
5. THERE’S A NEW AREA FOR EMERGING ACCESSORIES DESIGNERS
Discover fresh talent at Pure London’s new Accessories Concept. Spotlighting young and emerging designers, this section will help catapult the careers of designers while offering a diversified and exclusive range of footwear and accessories. There will also be a ‘ones to watch’ section for labels that are showing to the trade for the first time ever.
Pure London is taking place from 11-13 February at Olympia London. Visit https://www.purelondon.com/ for more information.
