The Jewellery & Watch show is offering support to the retail sector and independents across the UK with the release of its new ‘How to Win Customers’ report.
As part of show organiser i2i Event Group’s Inside Retail series, the report brings together a diverse range of retail case studies to help retailers and independents stay ahead of the competition and remain fresh and relevant.
Interviews and advice from leading retail experts – including retail author and lecturer Martin Butler, Bira deputy CEO and communications director Michael Weeden, and chairman and chief executive officer at Fitch, Tim Greenhalgh – will offer insight for indies on how they can expand and grow in their own product sector.
The report will also advise retailers on how to be more socially and digitally active across all media channels.
With the spring edition of Jewellery & Watch currently taking place at Birmingham’s NEC until 11 February, seminars on offer include detailed insights on the top trends in the industry, success stories and tips on branding, merchandising, e-commerce, social media, brand collaborations, budgeting and international expansion.
