The Dressing Room in St Albans unveiled the results of its recent refit to shoppers last month. The premium womenswear indie worked with designers to remove a curved wall positioned on the main shop floor – freeing up an additional 500sq ft of space. Owner Deryane Tadd wanted to reconfigure the store to create more room for new collections and categories. The re-fit took around four weeks to complete over the store’s quiet August period and was ready for its new season launch weekend in September. “The launch event was a great success,” says Tadd. “We have already had a wonderful reaction from our customers.”
