The Dressing Room’s Christmas windows are out of this world

Prepare to be star-struck…

The Dressing Room in St Albans has unveiled its festive window displays for Christmas 2017. The award-winning womenswear boutique, which always underpins its yuletide visual merchandising with one trend-led theme, has created a dazzling display featuring stars, moons and a lot of sparkle.

Owner Deryane Tadd explains: “We based our Christmas windows on one of the key trends of the season – the Celestial print. To do this we created a star and moon themed window, basing it on the vinyl phrase ‘shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you’ll still land among the stars’.”

The store’s team wanted to create a luxurious feel and has included key festive party wear pieces such a Twist and Tango sequin top and dress, a Hale Bob blue maxi dress, the Kamali Kulture black All in One dress and an exclusive Nooki silk cape.

The Dressing Room’s Christmas windows have become a key feature of the festive season for its customers, with previous themes including disco, peacocks and a Masquerade ball.

“The Christmas window is dressed to set the mood for the festive period and we wanted our customers to get into the Christmas party season with lots of glitter and sparkle, creating a sense of fun and luxury,” concludes Tadd.
