Footwear brand FitFlop has announced the appointment of former Burberry director Gordon Knox as its new chief operating officer. His new role will encompass “manage all of the operational activities for the business and driving excellence.”
Knox has an extensive background in the fashion and retail sector, with previous roles including distribution director at Burberry and operations manager at Argos. In his most recent role as business transformation, logistics and IT director at Superdry, he was responsible for the company’s award-winning logistics strategy and global logistics budget, multi-channel operations, sample management and all reverse logistics.
On the appointment, Knox comments: “FitFlop is an exciting brand and I am thrilled to be joining the team at such a pivotal period for growth. At a time when wellness is front and centre for consumers, FitFlop is ideally positioned to own this space for footwear and I cannot wait to work with Gianni and the team to take the business forward.”

Gordon Knox will join the FitFlop team on Monday 13 September 2021.
