The former commercial director of Pure London, Lucy Walsh, has chosen rival show Scoop to debut her new fashion agency, The Brand Ambassadors.

Walsh, who prior to her role at Pure London was also commercial director of Drapers, has set up on her own to launch international designers to the UK and Ireland with a focus on quality, contemporary mid to premium womenswear brands. This August, Walsh will present three new brands at Scoop: Denmark’s Black Lily and Mos Mosh, and French label Toupy. The Brand Ambassadors will then host the three brands at a pop-up showroom in Hammersmith for the rest of of August.

On choosing Scoop Walsh comments: “As the brands sit in the mid-premium sector of the market it was essential that I found the right platform to launch them. Scoop has many of the brands that are sold in the stores that I want to reach so it will be great to sit alongside them at the exhibition. I’m nervous and excited. It is funny being on the other side all of a sudden and being an exhibitor rather than the show organiser.”

The Brand Ambassadors will be at Scoop 2-4 August in Gallery 13 and then in the pop-up showroom at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7HA.
