Online independent women’s fashion retailer Glamorous is opening its first ever physical store in the North-West’s premier shopping destination, Intu Trafford Centre this August.
Manchester-based Glamorous is taking a 1,900 sq ft space and will be located on the upper mall, creating a number of local jobs from store management through to retail assistant roles. The new store will stock the brand’s trend-led clothing line along with its new footwear and accessory collection, with new stock to arrive daily.
Speaking about the store’s opening, managing director Kim Jin said: “We’ve experienced rapid growth in the past six years. Glamorous is currently stocked in more than 30 countries worldwide in over 1,000 retailer doors. We’ve built long and lasting partnerships with some of the best retailers around the globe and due to the popularity of our existing concessions, opening our own store was a natural next step.”
Glamorous has enjoyed rapid growth since its launch in 2007 and counts celebrities including Daisy Lowe, Poppy Delevingne and The Saturdays as fans.
