This weekend marks the deadline for Istituto Marangoni’s Scholarship campaign, so now’s the last chance for any aspiring fashion professionals to apply for help to study at the leading fashion, art and design school.
Earlier this year, the private institution announced a fund of €1million student Scholarship for its October 2016 and February 2017 intakes. Funding opportunities include a €5,000 deduction on the tuition fee, a 50 per cent deduction on the tuition and enrolment fee and even an 100 per cent deduction on the tuition fee, so it’s a fantastic opportunity for students of any background to gain a place at the respected school.
Candidates can apply for a maximum of three different programmes and the Istituto Marangoni Scholarship Committee will select scholarship winners based on the material provided around the creative concept of ‘Your Dream’.
The scholarship application will be open until the 30th April 2016: students can submit their application at Istituto Marangoni The London School of Fashion at: Scholarships.istitutomarangoni.com
School director, Charlotte Gorse commented: “We were delighted to launch our scholarship campaign this year and are confident that our London School will provide the best quality of education needed to prepare our scholars for an exciting career and prospects within the industry.”
Founded in Milan in 1935 by Giulio Marangoni, Istituto Marangoni now has schools in Paris, London and Shanghai, with new schools opening later this year in Florence and Shenzhen. It has been credited with launching the careers of a number of highly influential designers including Domenico Dolce (Dolce & Gabbana) and Franco Moschino.
