Trade show organiser the Hyve Group has announced plans to move Jacket Required to London’s Saatchi Gallery for its SS21 edition. Taking place from 22-23 July, the London-based menswear event will encompass separate showroom spaces for Sustainable, Contemporary, Streetwear and Tailoring categories.
Fashion portfolio director Martin Arnold says the move is to align the show with its premium womenswear event Scoop, which also takes place at the famous gallery: “We want to give Jacket Required a significant reboot and really push its premium edge,” he says. “As we continue to align the fashion portfolio, we wanted to bring it in line with Scoop’s setting and values to ensure that our premium offerings across men’s and women’s fashion truly match. While the two shows will remain separate, we believe that aligning them will help to solidify our premium identity.”
