A journey in luxury loungewear: Betty Blues Loungerie AW15 collection

For Betty Blue’s Loungerie, Autumn/Winter 2015 is all about the opulence of the 1930s – an  era where travel and luxury were synonymous. Think an exotic journey on the Orient Express, or a femme fatale walking across a smoky Billiards room.

Betty Blue’s aim is to provide glamorous garments inspired by the Hollywood stars of the 1930s to 1950s and the latest collection doesn’t disappoint. Highlights include the Agatha nightgown, named after the Novelist Agatha Christi herself, which comes in vibrant chartreuse silk with a sheer dotted tulle inlay for an elegant look and is complimented by the matching Agatha robe, a vivid re-working of the brand’s classic Bettie robe.

Elsewhere, the Lennox pyjama is base to a print exclusively designed for Betty Blue’s Loungerie by textiles designer, Christie Goule. Inspired by an episode of Poirot, the set is made in luxe silk jersey with silk satin panels featuring the Art Deco opulence-style print.
