Independent buyers and brands are preparing for the second edition of Harrogate Fashion Week, which will take place on 27-28 January 2019.
The two-day event will present the latest collections from some of the industry’s leading brands. John Charles, Bitte Kai Rand, Foxology, Maggie London and Expresso will make their debut this season while Pomodoro, Lizabella, Orientique, Brodie Cashmere, Foil, James Lakeland and Sahara will return following a successful first show.
Harrogate Fashion Week brings together leading fashion brands and independent retailers at the Harrogate Convention Centre in the heart of the spa town. Running early in the buying season, the show gives buyers the chance to get ahead of their competition.
Visitors will receive a wealth of benefits including free parking, WIFI and cloakroom facilities as well as discounts on trains and special hotel rates (visit the website for more details).
James Lakeland comments: “Harrogate is one of my favourite places, as it is a beautiful English spa town, full of character and charm. We have a loyal customer base here and feel that Harrogate Fashion Week is an obvious exhibition for us, and one we wouldn’t miss.”
Harrogate Fashion Week Director Sarah Moody comments: “The overall feeling seems to be that the dateline works for collections, and allows brands to get their selling season off to a better and earlier start. We are particularly proud to have received such warm praise from fashion leaders such as James Lakeland, and we are receiving a lot of positive comments from exhibitors and buyers alike.”
