Learn how licensing can boost your business at Brand Licensing Europe

The licensing industry was worth $241.5 billion in retail sales last year, according to industry body LIMA’s Global Licensing Report 2015. Europe now represents 25 per cent of this market as more businesses realise the benefits licensing can bring. With over 2,500 licensable brands, characters and images on display, Brand Licensing Europe is the ideal event for anyone looking to learn more about the world of licensing, or develop their current licensing projects and partnerships.

The show brings together over 300 exhibitors, ranging from well-known entertainment, heritage and leisure brands to children’s characters, original illustrations, designs, household names and charities. It offers visitors opportunities to explore what licensing can do for their businesses with 25 free seminars to choose from providing expert guidance and advice.

“Licensing is a booming industry, and brings a wealth of advantages to retailers. It gives you the opportunity to stock products which might not be available elsewhere, and work closely with the brand owners or agents representing those brands” says Darren Brechin, BLE Event Director. “As part of our free educational programme, we are offering introduction to licensing sessions, panel debates, case study examples of licensing in action, as well as retail facts and figures from Planet Retail.”

Retailers automatically qualify for a free VIP pass, which includes fast track entry and complimentary refreshments in the Retail Buyers Lounge. Champagne is served at 11am each day and a free cloakroom is provided, as well as access to private meeting rooms and complimentary WiFi.
