Fancy footwork | Lucy Choi London AW16 collection

British footwear designer Lucy Choi was inspired by Bond girls for her AW16 collection, with a range of glamorous sandals and boots designed for strong, empowered women.

The brand’s philosophy of “comfort, craftsmanship and character” delivers wearable and desirable shoes for the modern woman. Famed for her signature use of textures, the new collection utilises pony hair, a kaleidoscope of leathers, tartans, furs and snakeskins.  New shoe shapes include chunky heels on boots and pumps, while ankle boots get a fresh new direction with ankle-skimming styles or taller ankle boots which wrap around the ankle with a chic leather strap.

Following in the footsteps of her famous uncle, Jimmy Choo, Choi has recently taken on the Connaught Street  space once inhabited by his brand for her new flagship store.

The AW16 collection will be on view at Scoop London from 21–23 February 2016.
