British brand Wizard Jeans has introduced its Candy Girls collection offering a sugary selection of shades to update its figure-flattering jeans for spring.
The UK-based company has been designing and manufacturing jeans since 2009, and like so many fashion brands, it initially had to go to China to get its products made. Since then, though, Wizard Jeans, a company that is passionate about backing British manufacturing talent, has gradually been returning its production to the UK, and expects to have all its jeans being entirely produced in Britain by the end of this year.
Designed to offer the perfect jean for every shape, style and occasion, each style features body contouring technology to enhance women’s figures. Spanx-like fabric is bonded on to the denim from the waist to the top of the thighs, resulting in a flattering contour to the hips and a comfortable fit, while special pockets made from high-quality, strong fabric are also stitched tightly to either side of the leg inside the jean to maximise support.
The new Candy Girls collection offers pretty pastels and vibrant hues perfect for spring buys. Designer Sally Allen-Gerard was inspired by the colours of days at the beach, both at her Torquay seaside home and the South of France, and has splashed sherbet-like shades across skinny styles with appealing names such as Lemon Fizz, Pink Champagne, Purple Haze, Bombay Blue and an Hermes-inspired orange, Gina Dolce Vita.
