Pop singer Stacey Jackson launches fitness brand

Canadian born, London-based pop singer Stacey Jackson, is set to launch her very first active range, Staefit, which also works to counter the effects of exercise-induced rashes.

Jackson, who shot to fame when she collaborated with Snoop Dogg on her hit single ‘Live It Up’, worked closely with sports fabric technologists and designers to develop the hypoallergenic ultra-absorbent, patent pending womenswear collection with an aim to provide a solution for the unspoken skin condition affecting more and more women. As women’s work-life balance becomes blurred, trends to wear active wear as leisurewear is seeing gym-goers remaining in their damp sportswear for long periods of time, leading to skin irritations.

When Jackson was first diagnosed with ‘brash’, a term she coined for her persistent breast rash, she searched for a way to prevent this condition. Launching with the Staefit sports top with built-in support bra, designed to wick away moisture with its absorbent silver anti-bacterial fabric and no-odour technology, the range also includes capri and long workout leggings made with the same absorbent fabric with compression panelling.

In conjunction with the launch, the pop singer will also include a free download of the first volume of her workout E.P., StaePumped.
