Cybertill, the could-based provider of EPoS and e-commerce systems, is looking for indies to share their social media success stories as part of a competition to win an iPad and gain high profile recognition for their business.
As social media becomes an increasingly important tool for retailers in marketing their business, Cybertill hopes the competition will showcase some of the best examples of how UK indies are reaping the benefits of an active social profile, whilst also encouraging more reticent retailers to get involved.
“Social media is now part and parcel of retail and there are some great examples of retailers using social media to drive sales, increase loyalty and help their business,” explains Ian Tomlinson, founder and CEO of Cybertill.
“We hope this competition will allow small businesses to showcase their talents and also encourage others to start using social media to help their business,” adds Tomlinson.
