This September, Texworld will set up at Paris Le Bourget with more than 900 exhibitors from the textile and fabric industry offering professional buyers from all over the world a rich variety of products.
The event, which takes place twice a year, will showcase basic to creative high-end fabrics of excellent quality, with everything from cotton, denim, wool, linen and hemp, to prints, shirting, trims and accessories and machinery on offer.
A ‘creative path’ that lists the exhibitors who can sell small quantities is a vital resource for designers, while around 100 suppliers of organic cotton and linen, hemp, recycled material and other sustainable textiles underlines an eco-friendly focus to the show. The September edition will also see the launch of a new sector dedicated to advanced and innovative textiles.
Running concurrently, Apparel Sourcing Paris is a major rendezvous for sourcing for the European market. Held jointly with Texworld, it offers around 200 exhibitors with a wide range of products for men, women, children and accessories across the entire price spectrum. A new section focusing on shawls, scarves and ties will launch for 2015.
