St Albans’ indie, The Dressing Room, recently marked its 10-year anniversary with week-long celebrations including events and parties for VIP bloggers and customers.
On Thursday 7 May, fashion bloggers were invited to the store where they were treated to afternoon tea whilst founder Deryane Tadd talked them through her top ten picks for the season. A fashion illustrator was also on hand to sketch portraits of the bloggers before they were asked to style up their favourite outfits.
The week-long celebrations culminated with a customer birthday party on Sunday 10 May. An amazing success, the event resulted in the store’s busiest-ever trading day to date, and in just five hours of trading. Customers were queuing around the block for the store to open and were given a great party with discounts, goody bags, an in store DJ, birthday cake and drinks plus Flash Tattooing throughout the day.
