Who’s Next, Premiere Classe and Not Just A Label (NJAL) have announced the 30 up-and-coming designers who have won a place on the first stage of The Future of Fashion Program (TFOFP).

Following a record-breaking 800 applications from NJAL’s global community of design talent in 68 countries, spanning five continents, the carefully curated crop of thirty global finalists have won the opportunity to showcase in Europe’s biggest trade shows for up to three seasons as well as receive PR and mentoring supporting from industry luminaries.

Hailing from as far flung as Ukraine to Thailand, the thirty selected contestants will showcase their SS16 collections at the September 2015 Who’s Next and Premiere Classe trade shows, ensuring the Paris-based shows will be a truly global affair.

They will be presented in Who’s Next’s Urban and Fame areas dedicated to contemporary streetwear and ready-to- wear respectively, as well as in Premiere Classe, the accessory-led trade show. One-to-one mentoring with industry mavericks will be provided to ensure constant development throughout the program.

Sandrine Meziane, international marketing project manager at Who’s Next & Première Classe adds, “This is an opportunity to seek out the very best of emerging design talent. It also provides a platform for the designers to showcase their creativity to a vital industry audience, as well as develop and learn from some of the industry’s key players to propel the business and creative potential of their brands.”
