Why we’ll be wearing our clothes #InsideOut tomorrow: it’s Fashion Revolution Day!

Tomorrow marks the first ever Fashion Revolution Day – an incentive set-up to promote transparency across the global clothing supply chain and to encourage everyone to think about where their clothing comes from.

The campaign launched following the collapse of the Rana Plaza factory in Bangladesh on 24 April last year, which saw 1,133 people killed and 2,500 injured.

In a bid to use fashion to catalyse change and reconnect the broken links in the supply chain, Fashion Revolution Day is asking consumers all over the world: who made your clothes?

Top fashion firm Calico PR has shown its support by creating a shoot featuring a selection of ethical and sustainable brands. From clothing to shoes and accessories to underwear from brands including Oria Jewellery, Girl with Beads and Beyond Skin, the shots show how it’s possible to be kind to the environment and still be on-trend.

So what will you be doing to show your support? Well, you can start with what’s in your wardrobe and then turn it #InsideOut for the day.
