Indie retailers wanting to learn more about selling on TikTok can attend a series of free informative workshops at next month’s Spring Fair. Its new Masterclass Studio, held in partnership with the social media platform, will present a range of talks from industry experts designed to help retailers grow their businesses.
Kicking off the programme at 11am on Sunday 4 February, TikTok Shop’s Social Commerce: The Future of Digital Retail session will delve into the potential future of retail and why TikTok Shop should become a part of retailers’ commerce portfolios. Over the show’s four days TikTok Shop experts will also deliver four more valuable talks including its Seller Panel: My TikTok Shop Journey, presented by an all-star seller panel who will share their knowledge on how they excel on the platform. Meanwhile, the Create TikTok Content That Can Sell session will dive into some effective strategies on how to produce compelling content that drives sales.
Elsewhere on the Masterclass Studio schedule, Google will host a range of talks for retailers wanting to enhance their online business. Attendees will learn how to unlock the potential of digital advertising and reach new customers online, how to adopt a data-driven mindset in business, and how to find the most effective channels to engage customers.
There will also be a range of other insightful talks including It Takes Two to Tango: Your Role in Conscious Consumerism with Products of Change CEO Helena Mansell-Stopher, a Branding and Experience Masterclass with Anna Sanders from leading brand innovation studio Dalziel and Pow as well as an exclusive Retail Licensing Masterclass led by Hasbro Inc’s Catrina O’Brien.
